About Me

Hi, I’m Chhorn Rothana, an IT professional and fourth-year Management Information Systems (MIS) student with practical experience in IT Support, Networking, Hardware, Systems Administration, and IT Infrastructure. I currently work as an IT Support , where I handle tasks such as computer and hardware troubleshooting, software installation, CCTV installation and maintenance, network support, UPS maintenance, and IT asset management. I enjoy learning by building and testing real-world environments. My personal projects include virtualization with VMware ESXi, Linux servers, Snipe-IT/CIM for IT Asset Management, phpIPAM/IPM, Samba file servers, networking labs, and monitoring systems . These projects help me develop practical skills beyond classroom learning. My main career goal is to become a **Network and System Administrator. I am currently focusing on Cisco Networking, CCNA, Linux, Python for Network Automation, Fortinet, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure. I believe that the best way to improve in IT is to learn, build, troubleshoot, document, and repeat. My future depends on what I study today.
