IT Support Engineer
I specialize in IT infrastructure, Linux administration, virtualization, networking, cloud technologies, and technical support. I enjoy building reliable systems, solving technical problems, and continuously learning modern infrastructure technologies.
About Me
I'm an IT Support Engineer and System Administrator based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, currently completing my Bachelor of Management Information Systems at SETEC Institute. Over the past two years I've supported end users, maintained infrastructure, and kept networks and servers running smoothly for small and growing organizations.
My day-to-day work spans Windows and Linux administration, VMware virtualization, network setup and troubleshooting, and hands-on hardware maintenance. I've configured UniFi and MikroTik networking gear, installed and maintained CCTV systems, managed WordPress sites, and provided technical support that people can actually rely on.
Lately I've been expanding into cloud infrastructure with AWS, deepening my Linux administration skills, and exploring infrastructure automation — always with the goal of building systems that are stable, secure, and easy to maintain.
